These Standard Terms apply to the use by you of TelstraClear Prepaid Phone Cards. Your contract is with TelstraClear Limited. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated.
TelstraClear will use all reasonable efforts to provide reliable and high quality Services however does not guarantee the availability of Services or that Services will be continuous or fault free. Rates include GST and are charged on a minute plus minute basis. A 10c connection fee applies to all calls after the first minute. Calls from payphones and mobile phones incur a 25c per minute surcharge.

Calls using national access numbers from landlines incur a 10c per minute surcharge.
Calls using national access numbers from payphones and mobile phones incur a 25c per minute surcharge.
2.4 Pacific Talk
Calls using national access numbers from landlines incur a 10c per minute surcharge.
Calls using national access numbers from payphones and mobile phones incur a 25c per minute surcharge.
2.5 e-Phone
Calls using national access numbers from landlines incur a 10c per minute surcharge.
A 19c connection fee applies to all calls after the first minute. Calls using national access numbers from payphones and mobile phones incur a 25c per minute surcharge.
2.6 TalkPlus Global
Calls using national access numbers from landlines incur a 10c per minute surcharge.
Calls using national access numbers from payphones and mobile phones incur a 25c per minute surcharge.
Calls back to New Zealand are charged as follows - rate from New Zealand to the originating country - 25c p/min surcharge + rate to NZ.
Calls to a third country are charged as follows -25c p/min surcharge + the rate from New Zealand to the destination country (landline or mobile) .
TelstraClear may amend or replace these Standard Terms from time to time.
You may not use, or allow anyone to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that may cause damage to TelstraClear's network or interfere with the provision of Services to other customers.

Charges for calls made using the Prepaid Phone Card will be debited against the credit balance on the card. The calls can be made by anyone who is aware of the card number. Therefore you should keep the access number confidential to prevent misuse and should protect the card as securely as cash. TelstraClear is not liable to you for any loss arising out of misuse, loss or theft of the Prepaid Phone Card or associated card number. Prepaid Phone Cards are not redeemable for cash.
